Junior hockey is played under the banner of
Southern Gauteng Junior Hockey for Clubs,
an affilliate of the
Southern Gauteng Hockey Association
There are two league age groups:
* U14/U15 playing in the U15 league
* U16/U17 playing in the U17 league
Games are played on a Friday evening
at various Astro’s around Johannesburg
The season runs from the beginning of the
government school second term to the end
of the government school third term.
No hockey is played during the
government school holidays.
Junior hockey helps your young star reach
their true potential in high school hockey.
